Application Scenario

· Making Individual Tray

Traditional trays, with fixed specifications and shades, can't meet individualized restoration needs due to the varying conditions of patients' oral forms and alveolar ridges. However, individual trays, made from the first impression of the patient's dental arches, significantly improve the accuracy of the second impression model.

· Making Temporary Base Plate

The flexural strength of the NOBILTRAY light-cured temporary base can reach 110 MPa. Its high dimensional stability and strength ensure accurate and consistent denture teeth setting, as it resists deformation.
